The Design — Design Services can accommodate working from the beginning of a concept for a new home, addition, or large renovation to create a floor plan or modified layout that is thoughtful in needs, function, and design for the family.

Continuing to a selection of finishes that include but are not limited to exterior siding, brick, roof, and landscape transitioning to doors, windows, flooring coverings, wall and ceiling finishes, plumbing, lighting features and fixtures, and architectural features.

We love the collaboration with our clients' interior designers and work together with them to create a cohesive space from concept to completion, as we do not offer design services for furniture, rug, art, or accessory selections.

We hired Intrinsic Homes to help us remodel our kitchen in 2021. We were pleased from the start with her personable style and shared excitement for our project. The Build - Acting as a general contractor/project manager, we pull together schedule and budgets as well as hire professional trades for each aspect of the build to ensure that quality craftsmanship is achieved from each trade. Providing necessary information throughout the project also ensures decisions meet the needs of the client.

We are here for our clients, whether they need just the design-side or build-side of our services. Currently, we collaborate with many interior designers and general contractors to create a complete and streamlined process.
